Enter the gift card code, the four-letter PIN, and your account email or username. We apply the Premium time instantly and let the buyer know it has been used.

Need help? Email [email protected] with the buyer email or order timestamp and we will resend details. You must provide either your email or username to redeem.

What happens after redemption?

We activate Premium immediately, email you a confirmation, and notify the buyer that their gift was claimed. You can view the added time inside the NextChess app under Billing & Plans.
